Shipping Policy

Where we ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

  • Orders under $100: $8 standard shipping
  • Orders $100 and up: free standard shipping

Processing time

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays.

Delivery time

  • Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Carriers and tracking

  • Orders ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  • You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.

Multiple packages

  • Some orders ship in separate packages from different warehouses. You may get more than one tracking number, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping address

  • Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it ships.
  • If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll try to fix it before it ships.

Damaged, lost or late orders

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged or is missing. See our Refund Policy for details.
